Every watch is personally inspected and authenticated before listing. Reference numbers, serial numbers, movement and dial are all verified.

Condition is described accurately and conservatively. If there is wear, I tell you. There are no surprises when your watch arrives.
14-Day Returns
All purchases are covered by a 14-day right to return under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Buy with complete confidence.

Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your watch, for any reason.
To exercise this right, contact me at hello@bencullenwatches.com within the 14-day window. The watch must be returned in the same condition as received, with all original accessories, box and papers where applicable.
Return shipping is at the buyer's cost unless the watch was materially misdescribed. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
